Aaaah Port Royal. If you need to ask the price of gas, don’t even consider it. Whereas there are many upscale communities in the Naples market, one could suggest that there is no comparison to Port Royal. With few exceptions, every ‘back’ door is either on a deep water inlet or on the Gulf of Mexico with everyone having direct Gulf access .. i.e., no bridges !! These are large lots, no zero lot lines in Port Royal! In Port Royal, lot sizes would be significant estate home lots. Some of the early homes from the 60’s are still in existence in which case, when one comes on the market, the price reflects the value of the land not the structure that sits on it. Prices will range from around $3.0 (for the dirt!) to $23.0 and maybe higher! Port Royal is one of those world class community areas where one does not ask what the entry level is.
There are no shopping areas here. Neither are there any golf clubs. The land is too valuable. It is strictly residential. There is a tennis club as part of the Port Royal Beach Club. If you are a golfer, you will join a private club generally within a 15 – 20 minute drive depending on how far south in to this community area you live. And the closest super market may be just a few minutes closer than the 1st tee.
But what a way to go !!!
